Romans 13:8-14b
Sep 6, 2026 • Phil Steiger
Biblical love is not sentimental or passive. It is active, transforming, and grounded in the character of God Himself. Romans 13 makes clear that genuine love does no wrong to a neighbor, and that this kind of love actually fulfills the entire law. Paul also calls believers to wake up, recognizing that we are living in a decisive moment in history. The return of Christ is drawing closer, and that reality should shape how we live every single day. We are called to cast off the works of darkness, put on Christ, and walk in the light. Love your neighbor the way Christ has loved you.
